Description: |
This is one of the earliest pieces made by the legendary toy train maker Lionel Corporation. Lionel bought trolley bodies from another toy maker, Morton E. Converse and Company, and added a frame and motor. Made about 1905, these trolleys were meant to look like the summer trolleys that were popular in big cities at the time. |
