Letter from H.G. Hosmer to May Wright Sewall.

Description: Hosmer writes from the Chicago home of her friend, Mrs. Gross. She expresses regret that Sewall was unwell and unable to attend her reception after all. We hope you are taking care of yourself ... Mrs. Gross and I both wish we could attend National Council, bur we cant. Sends best wishes to Mr. Sewall who has been ill.H.G. Hosmer was a well-known American sculptor who lived for most of her life in Rome.
