Description:	This is a digitized recording of a dictabelt, which the Indianapolis Fire Department used to record dispatch calls during the 1960s and 1970s. Following are the calls on this dictabelt: 1) Injury at a barbeque, location unclear. [Recording skips]. 2) Report on medical emergency. 3) Hospital on Cold Springs Rd testing fire alarms. 4) Hydrants out of service until 3 pm at various locations around city. 5) Fire reported at 63rd and Central. 6) Two calls about a car on fire at 7 Zion Court. 7) Man overcome by smoke at American Bearing Company, 429 S Harding. 8) Electrical wire smoking around meter at 1914 E 9th St. 9) Caller thinks she left a stove burner on at her home at 915 N Drexel. 10) Report of a boy falling down an elevator shaft at the warehouse on the southwest corner of Madison and Terrace. 11) Report on smoking wire at 1914 E 19th.
