Description: This is a digitized recording of a dictabelt, which the Indianapolis Fire Department used to record dispatch calls during the 1960s and 1970s. Following are the calls on this dictabelt: England is running dispatch.; Armstrong called, Hose Tender 23 is now equipped with a Jet X Foam generator and eleven 5 gallon cans of foam. Two more will be getting them, these are the big ones, and there will be two smaller ones. The 26s 33s 20s have been equipped with chrome plated tubes of 6% heavy foam. Chat between Charlie England and Kenny Armstrong about the equipment and foam; Ernie called about a list of what equipment is with what apparatus.; Woman sick at 30th and Sherman, 711 Market, police requesting ambulance at 9:33; Man on the sidewalk with seizure at 2527 E. 10th St. at 9:49am; 126 Monarch Court, trash blew out of a trash barrel and is on a telephone pole.; Unconscious woman in the License Branch at 4401 E. 10th , Glenwood Shopping Center, ambulance on the way. Engine 12 dispatched at 9:59am.; 3109 N. Lasalle, OB woman in labor, Engine 22 dispatched at 10:02am.; Call to electric company about 6126 Monarch Circle, light pole burned at the bottom.;
