Woman calling from near 1204 English, reports trash and mattresses being burned illegally. 2. 3142 Graceland, child not breathing. 3. Report of fire at 1729 East 72nd Street, junk and old car on fire. 4. Woman calls for help with child stuck in a bannister at 1326 North New Jersey. 5.
