This photograph of a parade was taken from the roof of the National Surgical Institute, located on the northwest corner of Ohio Street and Capitol Avenue. This view showing horsemen on parade looks south on Capitol and was taken late in the afternoon as seen by the shadows. People line the street and sit on grassy lawns watching the parade pass by as others follow the parade on their bicycles. Trolley car tracks are visible in the middle of the street as they turn at the corner. |
