Parade With Horses and a Marching Band on North Capitol Avenue

Description: This photograph of a parade was taken from the roof of the National Surgical Institute, located on the northwest corner of Ohio Street and Capitol Avenue. The view shows the parade stopped and it looks like the band is playing. The view looks south on Capitol and was taken late in the afternoon as seen by the shadows. People line the streets and sit on grassy lawns watching the parade pass by. Trolley car tracks are visible in the middle of the street as they turn at the corner.
