Whiteside, William, et al, Saint Clair County, to William Henry Harrison, Governor and Commander in Chief over the Indiana Territory

Description: White and fellow inhabitants of St. Clair County petition Harrison to sanction a ferry on Okaw Creek near Turkey Hill and Goshen. They suggest that William Going, Junior be made the ferryman and that he be given land to establish it.
