Liberty Loan Button

Description: Button has a blue outer rim with white lettering that reads Get Behind the Government. The inner section is red and includes an image of the Statue of Liberty and the words Liberty Loan of 1917. This Liberty Loan button characterizes national home-front efforts during World War I. Five Liberty Loan drives raised money by appealing to the spirit of civic duty and patriotism.
