Ancient accepted Scottish Rite Golden Jubilee Banquet, Coliseum, 1915

Description: The climax of the Scottish Rite golden jubilee celebration was on May 19, 1915 when more than five thousand Scottish Rite Masons representing every Masonic Lodge in Indiana and prominent Masons from other states dined in the Coliseum at the Indiana State Fair Grounds. The banquet began at five oclock and was preceded by a parade downtown and band concert in the Coliseum. One of the guest speakers at the event was Vice President Marshall. This view of the Coliseum shows the guests at their tables set with flowers and bunting hanging from the rafters.
