Delco-Light Convention, Noblesville, 1919

Description: A group of men, women, and children pose outside the Noblesville Public Library for a Delco-Light convention held in May 1919. The Delco Electronics Corporation was an automotive electrics branch of General Motors based in Kokomo, Indiana. It was founded in Ohio in 1909, and stands for Dayton Engineering Laboratories Company. The company was also known for their Delco-Light internal combustion generator battery system which provided power to rural neighborhoods.
