Description: |
The bridge across Jefferson Street, a major business and retail thoroughfare, was once famous for the row of buildings constructed on it by the Rev. Albert Johnson. The buildings are now gone and a new bridge has replaced the old. The construction materials for the new courthouse are stacked on the right and date this image to ca. 1904. |
