An elementary school register from Elizabeth Grade School in Elizabeth, Indiana, during the 1946-1947 school term. Teacher Murl Lopp used the register to record the daily attendance of his third and fourth grade students. The book includes the names of each student, their date of birth, township residence, and the name of a parent or guardian. End of term attendance records and final grades are provided. Alva Murl Lopp (1911-1987) was a native of Posey Township, Harrison County, Indiana, and was a teacher for several years. |
