Arthur B. Richert counts money at a teller window of the Old Capitol Bank in Corydon, Indiana. Richert was a native of Franklin Township and was involved in banking all of his adult life. He was an employee of the First National Bank until its merger with the Corydon National Bank. When the Old Capitol Bank & Trust Company formed in 1922, he was one of the local men active in its organization. |
