Karl Kae Knecht Cartoon

Description: Two men, Big Mississippi and Our Ole Ohio, stand at a bar. They are both wearing torn, dirty, and ill-fitting clothing and have not shaved recently. They also have red noses, probably indicating that they are habitual heavy drinkers. Our Ole Ohio tells Big Mississippi not to back him up and make him spill all over. Big Mississippi, who is holding three bottles, appears to be too drunk to carry on a conversation. The Weather Man, a bearded man wearing a top hat with a weathervane on it, stands behind the bar. He tries to clean a spill up with a cloth. Knechts elephant sings a song.
