Karl Kae Knecht Cartoon

Description: Two boys, representing the needy and handicapped boys who are eligible to attend the Fraternal Order of Polices free summer camp, ask if it is true that there will be no camp this year. Three police officers, representing the F.O.P., say that there will be summer camp, as long as people buy tickets for their Water Follies show and support their Hub-Cap project. A sign in the bottom right corner gives more information about the camp. At the top of the cartoon, there is a view of Roberts Stadium set up for the Water Follies. A diving tank, stage, and swimming pool have been set up. Two women dive into the tank, while a man holds onto the diving board. A woman strikes a pose on the stage. Another woman swims in the pool.
