Description:	Mayor Hartke drives a homemade fire engine down a bumpy, rocky road. A man labeled Hartkes City-County Machine rides on the back of the fire engine and is hit in the head by the hose nozzle as the engine bounces along. Hartke says that he is going to save the Capitol before Senator Jenner burns it down. He is picturing the U.S. Capitol building engulfed in flames.
