Description:	An older man and an older woman stand behind a wooden barricade. A sign on the barricade says that Main Street will be closed to cars for Installation of Mall. The man says that the last time he can remember Main Street being closed was when the streetcar tracks were removed. The woman points to the left and says that she can see buses going both directions on Locust Street. In front of the barricade, two men in work clothes study a map or plan; a third man leans over and asks who this Moll is, that all the fuss is about.
