Description:	A cartoon about Flag Day. Knecht has included the original American flag, and an image of the third oldest. He also includes various information about hanging and handling the flag. Should not remain up after sunset. Third oldest flag in the world. When not on a staff it should be flat and thus. Or if vertically against wall this way. when at an angle or horizontally from window or porch etc. same above in window on right it two. in parades center and in front of all. at right when with other nations each separate staff - each equal size. When from line a cross a street so, with stars to north in east and west street and to east in north and south street. when crossed with another on the flags own right. never place for cover or place anything on it except Bible. Kay day at Mesker zoo. arrived Flag Day 1929.
