Description: A man slams down the lid of a hopper for legislative bills saying Thats all gentlemen! One man gets his fingers smashed when the lid closes, and another man is running, holding some bills the he promised would get in. A group of men are furtively and quickly examining bills coming out of the hopper, and stamping them with a stamp that has the letters O.K. on it. Another man stamps some as N.G.
