First ever here about a Curtiss at exhibition sponsored by Courier. 1911 engine propeller radiator. 1927 an early cross country mail-passenger service. U.S. mail. 1931 first local airline service. 1932 design of 3 mil a minute airliner with two engines. 1939 four engines - pressurized cabins passenger planes. 1944 double deck stratocrusier for ocean flight. 1956 Boeing one of the larger makers of airplanes announce that the last propeller driven planes are on the lines - that all future will be jets: ready in 1958. from coast to coast in 3 hours 58 minutes. Golly me! What changes - well surely have to enlarge our airport. And to think of the crate I rode in in 1913.
