| Description: |
Senate and House play basketball with the Rent Control Bill. Senate tries to pass it to States, while House promises to throw it to Cities and Towns. Both States and Cities and Towns are seated on benches and wearing suits. The referee, President Truman, lies on the court floor and is almost trampled by the players. He is blowing his horn, but no one pays attention. Landlords and Real Estate Lobby yell at the players, while Tenants watches the action intently.
