Description:	A group of people crowd around a freezer containing the 5% of tax income which is supposedly used to help people secure government contracts. The crowd pays no attention to a group of men representing government employees who away drag a bag containing the other 95% of tax revenue. A man identified as Tax Conscious Public tries to direct the crowds attention to the bag. Image Access WideTEK 25 The 95% spending of government tax revenue. Heave ho!
