Description: |
Small panels depict different people asking Public for donations for various charitable organizations over the course of a year. By November, Public is frustrated and asks why all the funds cant be raised in a single drive. The final panel shows him rushing to donate to the Community Chest fund, which divides the money up and distributes it to several organizations so that only one drive is necessary.
