Description:	Cartoon encouraging readers to remember themselves and Uncle Sam at Christmastime by buying war bonds. Top: Public carries a Christmas tree and several packages labeled with groups of people he has purchased gifts for. A long Christmas to-do list is nailed to the wall next to him.
