Selective Service has created a new classification, 4-H, for men 38-45. A boy says to his father that he is now in the 4-H club. Final payment of 1941 taxes is due December 15th. Stores will be open late until Christmas. People who eat 14 or more meals per week in the same place must give that establishment their sugar and coffee ration cards. The temperature is rising.
