Description:	Two men check the amount of gasoline in their cars. One represents Indiana; he says he has only used 4% less gas than last July. A second man says they have used 17% less; he represents 23 states, including 6 in which gas is currently rationed. A third man, representing 13 states, says that they are having trouble paying highway bonds and interest because of they arent bringing in as much money on gas taxes. Were in bad--on loss of revenue of gas tax to pay highway bonds and interest! 13 states. V. 97. 143. But on cash Indiana is O.K. as we pay as we build roads.
