Description: Two men check the amount of gasoline in their cars. One represents Indiana; he says he has only used 4% less gas than last July. A second man says they have used 17% less; he represents 23 states, including 6 in which gas is currently rationed. A third man, representing 13 states, says that they are having trouble paying highway bonds and interest because of they arent bringing in as much money on gas taxes.

Golly I used only 4% less than I used in July a year ago! Indiana. Gas. We used 17% less than same month a year ago! 23 states only 6 of which are in gas-ration-East. Were in bad--on loss of revenue of gas tax to pay highway bonds and interest! 13 states. V. 97. 143. But on cash Indiana is O.K. as we pay as we build roads.
