So--Lets be calm--and realize that that sort of thing has been going on over there through the centuries and from our experience of going over once well not be likely to go again. Go on over Uncle. Those who would have us get into wars. Notes of Protest. Conferences of Nations. Means to protect of citizens and interests abroad etc. General Public. Alarms. Exciting propaganda etc. etc. Stop Hitler. Plenty of that around.
