His chair is an ornate throne decorated with an elfs head, elephants holding stockings in their trunks, a penguin, and other animals. He wears his traditional (presumably) red suit with white ermine trim and has a full beard and long white hair. One hand is resting on the open book. In the other he holds a quill pen, which he is using to write in the book (his naughty and nice list?).
