A token used at a Wabash River ferry is among old coins and other interesting things possessed by Mr. and Mrs. Homer Whipple of Omaha, Illinois. When Harvey O. Herndon, county commissioner, went to plant seed potatoes received from Newin Akin Superintendent County roads, Evansville--he found a separate small potato growing inside the larger one.
