Description: Uncle Sam reads USA White Book on war problems, by Secretary of State Hull. He is surprised when a black piece of paper falls out of the book; it says that there was a Japanese plot to get FDR on board a Japanese warship at the time of the Pearl Harbor attack.

U.S.A. White Book. By Secretary of State Hull. A clearer understanding of war problems. Japan tried to get President Roosevelt on board a Japanese warship in the Pacific for U.S.-Japan peach talk and to have had the President in hands of Japanese navy when they attached Pearl Harbor. Would have been a much greater national humiliation.
