Wasnt Grandpap in any war? He told me about his grandfather in World War I and his great, great, great gran--. Never mind Grandpa! And any great greats--shut that television off and Ill tell you about my experience as a WAVE in World War II--my one sister was a WAC another a marine and a cousin was a SPAR--well--. Mother said youd have died long ago if you hadnt had that training--. Today second anniversary of the WAVEs. 1942. 1945. 1992. July 29.
