Karl Kae Knecht Cartoon

Description: Two cars sit next to a gas station pump. A man leans out of the window of one car and tells a man standing next to the other car that he has connections that allow him to get gas and even tires. The standing man says that rations are about to be cut and that he only has two coupons to last over a month. An imaginary pump hose runs from the standing mans gas tank into the tank of the man leaning out the window.
