He comments on how the youngest of them is watching the events in Europe for our present and future. Image Access WideTEK 25 Yes, there are mighty few of us boys of 61-65 left-but we have this big family left to carry on in our memory. Our sons did it in 98--and our sons sons in 1917-18. Our great grandsons, like that young one out there, are keeping their eyes on things over there--for our present and future over here. Course we wont see it, but afore you know it youll see the 100th anniversary of the start of the Civil War. Daughters of U.V.C.W. Sons Auxiliary. Womans Relief Corps. Ladies of the G.A.R. Federated Patriotic Societies. Sons of G.A.R. Sons of sons. Indiana G.A.R. 61st encampment. Evansville. Theyll all be with us through Thursday so show them a good time. |
