Herein, the City Clerk directs the Superintendent of Metropolitan Police to notify the 5 City Commissioners about the particulars of an upcoming City Commissioners meeting (of Aug. 15, 1904)for the purpose of appraising and assessing the damages and benefits (if there by any) accruing to the owner or owners of the land or lots through which is proposed to open an alley from First Street to Second Street, and lying between Walnut Street and Mulberry Street This archival material has been provided for educational purposes.
