Herein, the City Clerk directs the Superintendent of Metropolitan Police to notify the 5 City Commissioners about the particulars of an upcoming City Commissioners meeting (of Aug. 22, 1904)to determine the lands, lots and parcels of ground benefitted or damaged, together with the owners name thereof, on account of the improvement of the alley from the east curb line of Mulberry Street to the west curb line of Jefferson Street, the first east and west alley north of Sixth Street This archival material has been provided for educational purposes.
