Description:	Consists of 5 documents: A first report in the matter of the condemnation of land for the opening of an alley from First Street to Second Street, and lying between Walnut and Mulberry Streets extending from the north line of Second Street to the south line of First Street(6 pages), A directive to the Superintendent of Metropolitan Police, asking him to notify 5 City Commissioners about the particulars of an upcoming City Commissioners meeting (of Aug. 31, 1903) (1 page), A notarized affidavit by John McMillen (Bookkeeper of the Muncie Evening Times), swearing that his paper published a notice about the City Commissioners upcoming meeting (of Nov. 12, 1903) about the benefits of the project (1 page), A directive to the Superintendent of Metropolitan Police, asking him to notify 5 City Commissioners about the particulars of an upcoming City Commissioners meeting (of Nov. 12, 1903) (1 page), A second report on the project (7 pages).
