Consists of 2 documents: A first report in the matter of viewing and to determine the lots, tracts of land and parcels of ground benefited or damaged together with the owners name thereof, on account of the improvement of the alley from High Street to Franklin Street and lying between Main Street and Jackson Street(3 pages), A directive to the Superintendent of Metropolitan Police, asking him to notify 5 City Commissioners about the particulars of an upcoming City Commissioners meeting (of Nov. 3, 1902) (2 pages).
