Description:	A request for a true copy of a court docket is filed. On March 17, 1810, E. Stout, J.P.K.C. swears the document is a true copy from the docket. The document contains a list of cost of court items totaling $3.35. It states that on February 1, 1810 a motion by the defendant is filed requesting to continue the proceedings to February 14, 1810. On February 14, 1810 parties appear and a judgement on the trial for complainant for the $40 debt and $3.02 costs is filed. Robert Johnson, John Marshall, Isaac Miner and Walter Wilson are summoned and sworn before the court.
