Buntin, Robert and John D. Hay, allowance

Description:	This file contains an allowance of $2 per day for Robert Buntin and John D. Hay for keeping the polls at the last election for members to the Assembly, members to the Council, and members of Congress. Hay was also paid for one day in April (1809) for keeping the pools for members to the Assembly. The total of $4 to Hay and $2 to Buntin was to be paid out of next years taxes.
