Cunningham, John vs H. Rogers

Description: H. Rogers requests on April 3, 1809 an explanation as to why John Cunningham is suing him for $1000. He states the writ says for trespass. He states he was informed it was for words spoken at Captain Crows and he says he does not know what he said and he knows he was morally wrong in drinking too much liquor and apologizes to John Cunningham if he perjured him. Witnesses were David Robb and Robert Falls.
