Description: The file contains one document. On July 21, 1809, Knox County, Ohio Township, John Wilkinson Sen. and John Wilkinson Jr. signed Recognizance Bond of $5.00. They were to appear at the next Court of Common Pleas to give evidence on behalf of the United States against John Berry, Berry Cantwell, and Levy Myer on a charge of a Breach of the Peace. The document was signed in front of Danl. Grass JP. According to the Minute Book of the Knox County Court of Common Pleas 1807-1810 p. 194, the Wilkersones did not appear at the July Term 1809 and the Recognizance was carried over to the next term. They did not appear at the November Term 1809, and the Recognizance was carried over to the next term. During the March Term 1810, the Recognizance was discharged.
