Description:	Appointments made during the February 1804 General Quarter Sessions Court. Vincennes Township: Supervisors of Roads are Thomas Coulter and Joseph Banon. Appraisers appointed are Francois Nigo and General W. Johnston. Overseers of Poor appointments were Francois Raciot and Andre St. Marie. Harrison Township appointees are: Supervisor of Roads appointees are Jacob Minor and Moses Decker Sr. Appraisers of Houses appointees are: John Harbin and Isaac White. Overseer of the Poor appointees are: Benjamin Beckes and Abraham Decker Sr. Palmyra Township appointees: Supervisor of the Roads John Small and Ephraim Jordan. Appraisers of Houses appointees are: Patrick Simpson and Abraham Barkman. Overseer of the Poor appointees are: John McCoy and John Westfall. White River Township appointees are: Supervisor of Roads appointee: Abraham Decker Jr. and John Reel. Appraiser of Houses appointees are: William Mills and James Robbe. Overseers of the Poor are: Isaac Decker and Robert Falls.
