Description:	The file contains the indictment of Henry Barrachman [Barkman] for an assault on William Stewart. It also contains four summonses to court for the case. The indictment written by B. Parke, atty. gen. stated that on August 7, 1804, Henry Barrackman yeoman, assulted William Stewart. John Harbin was the jury foreman. Two Summonses were issued for Henry Barkman [Barrachman] for court appearances. One witnessed by James Johnson and one by George Leech. The summonses were signed by clerk, Robert Buntin and executed by Daniel Sullivan, Sheriff. Two Summonses were issued for William Stewart and Francis Antis for court appearances.
