File contains two subpoenas for testifying before Grand Juries. One subpoena is for James, a Negro man and Morris, a Mulatto, living with Governor Harrison. This subpoena was witnessed by George Leech and signed by Robert Buntin, Clerk. Testimony was to be at the February Term 1805. The second subpoena was for Samuel Prior and Morris, a blackman, at Governor Harrisons. The writ was signed by Able Westfall and clerk, Robert Buntin. Testimony was to be at the May Term 1805. |
