Transcript of Jacob Kuykendall vs Glover Kuyendall, administrator

Description:	J. G. Crow, Justice of the Peace hears testimony from Jacob Kuykendall who is one of the defendants and states that Assa Kuykendall has died. Jacob Kuykendall states the amount due on judgement of note is just and the sum of $98 with interest of 6 cents per interest from January 5, 1840 till paid. Glover Kuykendall posts himself as bail on September 6, 1845. Assa Kuykendall pays $29.55 and on April 25,1846, $78.30 was paid by Assa Kuykendall and $18.75 was received on July 7, 1846. Harrison Worth, Justice of the Peace of Decker Township certifies that the transcript is a true copy. Court fees are listed with the document. The document was filed November 17,1846 by W. R. McCord.
