Description:	A petition to serve a subpoena on Gabriel Foreman, George W. Potter and James Foreman by Ellis. The petition is filed September 13, 1848. A subpoena is issued for Gabriel and James Foreman and George W. Potter to appear in court on September 13, 1848 on behalf of Jemima Carruthers vs George Pottter.
