Samuel Brunner vs Richard P Price estate

Description: A receipt dated August 26, 1831 stating that R. P. Price owed Samuel Brunner $2.83 1/4 cents, and that he would repay in trade. S. Almy, was the witness. An account of Richard Price of items purchased from Samuel Brunne. The account was dated April 30, 1832-February 24, 1833 amounting to $40.16. The account was filed on November 14, 1834 before the Justice of the Peace. Seneca Almy swore an oath that the amounts in the account were of the estate of Richard P. Price and that the amount was $41.16. Witnessed , hand and sealed James Hitt, Justice of the Peace. A receipt of the account of R. P. Price that was owed to Samuel Brunner for a shaw, alcohol, hats, and shingles he had purchased for various people: W. Nelson, Oliva Laby, W. Gladdoux, Reuben Bemus, and Horace Orcult amounting to $40.50. The account was filed August 15, 1837 by W. R. McCord, Deputy Clerk. A receipt from June 10, 1833 to January 31, 1834 on an account that R. P. Price owed to Samuel Brunner for 1 vial of bottle Cholera Syrup $4.50 and 3 gallons of No. 6 for $7 and 1 vial at $1 total of the account is $12.50
