Description: On May 8, 1802 a petition was filed by Thomas Coulter to Governor William H. Harrison for a tavern license. Thomas Coulter and Jeremiah Claypoole post a $300 bond on May 4, 1802 to Governor William Henry Harrison to open a tavern. Signed and witnessed by R. Buntin Clerk, and Peter A. McDonald.
