Thomas Jones vs John McGowen

Description:	A scire facias to foreclose on a mortgage petition is filed by Thomas Jones against John McGowen and wife Sally. On May 23, 1809 attorney for plaintiff Thomas Randolph states that the defendant John McGowen owes plaintiff $350 for debt on mortgage and $32.80 for damages. A petition to foreclosure on mortgage has been filed to recover plaintiffs cost.
